If you make a booking with us, we will ask you to provide information necessary for your activities. This is likely to include emergency contacts, travel insurance arrangements, visa requirements, preferences and special requirements. This will also include details of any other friends or family who are accompanying you as part of the booking. Where you provide us with details about third parties (for example other guests also travelling) we assume you confirm that you have obtained consent to do this. We also ask that you please tell them about this privacy policy and give them our contact details for any queries that may arise. We collect information about you in order to process your activities booking and to ensure your travel arrangements run smoothly and meet your needs. This will require us to pass the information on to relevant suppliers of your travel arrangements such as operators, hotels, excursion providers and transport companies and we will email you about other products and services we think may be of interest to you.
The data we collect will also be used to manage your account, personalize your use of the website and, if you agree, to contact you for marketing purposes about our other products and services that we think may be of interest to you.
